PRESIDENT FROM KENYA

I was born next to a river.
My father is from the moon.
My mother was just a little girl,
but I could be president soon.

A nice old man called Doh
witnessed the whole event.
He only went to catch a fish
(at least that was his intent.)

Ma Tiddly Bo-Diddly,
my sweet, sweet mother dear
What she was doing at the riverbank
was never very clear.

Ultra Poobah Marooh,
an extraterrestrial kahuna,
had only come to Earth for a bite:
a Coke and a can of tuna.

Somehow they met that fateful day
under Kenya’s November sun
They made a doll from mud and twigs,
and now they have a son.

I was born next to a river.
Like its current, I must roam.
But still, I could be President
and sleep in the great white home.
